PAYDAY 2: Hotfix 73.1 and 73.2 are live.

Hey guys,

During the day we had to do two hotfixes. Sorry for any inconveniences caused and thanks for being patient.

Update size: 93,2 MB

• Fixed a bug where when you threw the throwing card, it always looked like a shuriken star for other players

Update size: 16,4 MB

Removed the following fix that was causing crashes in update 73:

• Calmed down more civilians that spawned as panicked fromt the beginning of the heist
