Can’t start the game? Does it crash while you try to start the game?

Your installation is most likely corrupt. Please do the following:

1) Verify the game cache and see if it helps
2) Remove the local content of the game
3) Restart Steam
4) Install the game. Make sure the game is fully installed before starting the game. Starting the game before it is installed will cancel the installation and you will continue to crash.
